This was our ride to the PRACTICE GAME on Saturday, pimped out Daddy-style. (Mommy was a little bit mortified. But she knew what she was getting into 10 years ago so she can't complain too much.)
Hat, check. Sunglasses, check. Water, check. Bama shirt, check.
There was a picnic on the quad.
Then we joined the rest of the faithful around Denny Chimes.
Finally, we met up with approximately 92,000 of our friends and neighbors in the stadium. (Did I mention that this was a PRACTICE GAME?)
The weather was beautiful, and our team was assured a victory. Days don't get much better!

Undefeated! This looks like a fun day with the family. Our neighbors gave Luke that same T-shirt this weekend. We'll see if his dad lets him wear it out of the house.

Glad you guys had a good time! I hope we can take the girlies next year. We got BAMA cheerleader outfits as baby shower gifts, and I think they'll be perfect for the 2011 season! Yeah, planning ahead...

I noticed the new car--nice! And Marilyn, you do look fantastic. It must be glow that only a winning college football can bring. We wouldn't know.
