About Us
- Eric, Marilyn, and Elliott
- We live in Birmingham, Alabama. We have been married since July 22, 2000. Elliott was born March 4, 2008, at 3:41 a.m. He weighed 8 lbs., 10 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. This blog is for all of our family and friends to watch him grow up.

Yikes! I won't let Liam do that, but Daddy lets him when I'm not there. We're really the model of consistent parenting.
Julia, we tried to stop him from doing it (after taking a picture, of course). Then he ran at full speed, grabbed the little bar at the top, and swung out OVER the slide like a gymnast. So we decided that going down face-first was at least a little safer than that!
Wow--he really is a daredevil! Ryan says that's the only fun way to go down a slide. I shudder to think how many stitches and casts are in our future.
