We had a wonderful 4th of July with Eric's family. The weekend was complete with nice weather, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, swimming, and of course fresh strawberry pie!

- Eric, Marilyn, and Elliott
- We live in Birmingham, Alabama. We have been married since July 22, 2000. Elliott was born March 4, 2008, at 3:41 a.m. He weighed 8 lbs., 10 oz. and was 21.5 inches long. This blog is for all of our family and friends to watch him grow up.

We did get a new camera. I guess the 47 pictures we posted were a clue! Eric is still figuring out all the things it can do, but I think he took a couple of really great shots already. --Marilyn

We did have a great weekend!!! Enjoyed the time together, just not long enough!
